Kate's at 35th Avenue is applying for a 501 c-3 status to enable a non profit, tax exempt component for 3435 Albion St. This non profit status will allow the owner, Lynn Smith, to apply for grants & contributions to advance the many Greater Good Projects which are coordinated, developed and frequently sponsored here at Kate’s at 35th Avenue, including the two exciting projects we are currently working on:

Applying to the Colorado Health Foundation for a grant to expand Kate’s at 35th Avenue into a Nutritionally -Focused Culinary Training Facility Please fill out the support questionnaire and send to lillithann@q.com.
Establishing The Idea Broker--a comprehensive system of connections which enables Great Ideas to be efficiently launched into The Greater Good with a minimal investment from the Thinker. Please fill out our questionnaire.

Concept papers are available on both of the above projects, as well as The Transformation of Northwest Park Hill -a marvelous effort we've been working on for two years. We'll have these and other active Great-Ideas-in-the-Works linked to this Community Projects web page as soon as we figure out how to do it!
