     Each day we offer at least one vegetarian, one vegan, and one very lean entrée with fillet of chicken, fish or beef.  All ingredients are fresh, organic whenever possible, and prepared as closely as possible to their natural state.

 (When you make your reservations, please let us know if you have special diet requests--we are happy to accommodate.) 

Lunch/Sunday Brunch Menu for May
 All entrées are $l0 to $l8 and are served with marinated garden salad
and freshly baked bread

   1) Honey Smoked Salmon:. served on organic European greens, loaded with fresh fruits & vegs and topped with a wild Maine Blueberry and fresh vinaigrette dressing

    2) Chili Rellenos Casserole (our most popular dish):  mild green chilies, cheeses, lite cream, eggs & sauces; layered and baked...  served with guacamole, baked tortilla chips & picante

   3) Mediterranean Chicken Salad: marinated chicken fillet mixed with organic fresh and dried fruits, yogurt and fresh lime dressing, and topped with fresh avocado and roasted almonds

   4) (Vegan) Black bean , wild and brown rice & fresh vegetable Casserole; baked & served on organic greens, loaded with fresh fruits & vegetables and topped with red bell pepper humus and fresh fruit.

    5) Lean Buffalo and Fresh Vegetable Chili:  loaded with lean, natural Buffalo, organic Italian Sausage, fresh vegetables, black beans, fresh herbs and spices in a delicious tomato base... served with baked tortilla chips.

   6) Garden Vegetable & Egg White Casserole (offered Sunday Brunch only): ..layers of Portobello mushrooms, asparagus, spinach, tomatoes, sweet yellow bell peppers & red onion baked in a whipped, egg-white custard and topped with mozzarella,  jack & cheddar cheeses

(Sunday Brunch entrée’s are served with crispy baked red potatoes & yams, garden salad, and our award-winning Rhubarb-Walnut Muffins)

 Weekly specials on beer and wine are listed on the chalkboard menu as you enter the restaurant for lunch.  Our award-winning Bloody Mary’s, fresh-squeezed Mimosas, Fuzzy Navels & fresh lime Margaritas are served on Sundays.   Avg: $6.25
